Carrying out initial and/or full investigation work and, based on the findings of the investigation, submitting investigation report with remedial proposals.
Project Summary
Initial and/or full investigation is required to assess the structural adequacy of the building or individual elements or to diagnose the causes of the deterioration and to recommend the method of repair
Completing an inspection of the building/ drainage elements/ other structures and then submitting a Supervision Proposal
Remedial/ demolition/ construction works shall be carried out by a BD Contractor or any other contractors
Supervision plan and method statement are developed in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements
