  • Conducting preliminary investigation, carrying out inspections, monitoring and testing to identify the causes and sources of water seepage
  • Conducting confirmatory testing for checking of compliance of the Nuisance Notice or Abatement Order
  • Compiling technical reports for the seepage investigation and conducting any other specialist testing as required
  • Handling over 60 cases with the public every month during the contract period
