Create and maintain company’s BIM standards and project-specific requirements
Create and manage the Building Information Models and provide advisory services to the Project Management team
Implement BIM technology on a variety of infrastructure projects
Maintain accurate data set in drawings, design specifications, and project schedules
Facilitate better BIM applications in order to improve the communication, coordination, management of delivery time, cost, and quality throughout the project cycles
Coordinate with internal/external partners to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects within the BIM models
Requirements:
Degree in architecture, construction, engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years of BIM management experience in building, civil or construction fields
Currently registered in CIC Certified BIM Managers Register
Advanced knowledge and hands-on coordination experience in Autodesk BIM products (REVIT, Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
Excellent and/or native oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English language
